Refunds are only applicable to unopened, unused, and undamaged products.
Products that have been tampered with or show signs of use cannot be eligible for a refund.
Refund requests must be made within 2 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid order number and clear photographic evidence of the product’s condition.
2. Return Eligibility:
We do not accept returns of cannabis products due to legal and safety regulations.
In the event you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of the delivery date with a clear photograph of the product and packaging.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team at orders@budpiper.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product and packaging
We will assess the situation and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or refund.
4. Refund Process:
Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
5. Canceling Orders:
You may cancel an order before it has been shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
6. Compliance with Local Laws:
It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with their local laws and regulations regarding the purchase and use of cannabis products. We do not accept responsibility for any legal issues that may arise from your purchase.
