1. Introduction

This policy outlines the terms and conditions that govern your participation in the BudPiper Affiliate Program, hereinafter referred to as “the Program.” By becoming an affiliate, you agree to adhere to these guidelines and policies.
2. Affiliate Eligibility
To be eligible for the BudPiper Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old.
Affiliates must have a legal and operational website, blog, or social media platform.
Affiliates must comply with all relevant laws and regulations, especially those pertaining to the sale and promotion of cannabis-related products.
Affiliates must reside in or operate within Thailand.
3. Program Overview
The BudPiper Affiliate Program allows participants to earn commissions for referring customers to our online cannabis dispensary in Pattaya, Thailand.
Affiliates will receive a unique tracking link to share with their audience, and any sales generated through this link will earn the affiliate a commission.
Commission rates and terms may vary and will be outlined in a separate agreement with each affiliate.
4. Compliance with Laws
Affiliates are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to the promotion of cannabis products.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional content aligns with local, national, and international laws.
5. Brand Representation
Affiliates must accurately represent BudPiper and its products.
Affiliates are prohibited from making false claims about our products or engaging in deceptive marketing practices.
6. Prohibited Content
Affiliates are not allowed to promote BudPiper on websites or platforms that contain content that is discriminatory, illegal, or infringes on the rights of others.
Content that promotes violence, hate speech, or any form of harm is strictly prohibited.
7. Payment and Commissions
Commissions will be paid according to the terms and rates specified in the affiliate agreement.
Commissions are typically paid on a monthly basis, once a minimum threshold is reached.
Payments will be made through a method agreed upon with the affiliate, such as bank transfer or PayPal.
8. Termination
BudPiper reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for violations of this policy or any other reasonable cause.
Affiliates may also choose to terminate their participation at any time by notifying BudPiper in writing.
9. Changes to the Policy
BudPiper reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time.
Affiliates will be notified of any changes to the policy, and it is their responsibility to review and comply with the updated terms.
